PartnerAs a Partner at Polatsek Boheme & Wilkowski, Ms. Wilkowski brings focus, integrity, and compassion to every client she serves. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has practiced exclusively in U.S. immigration and nationality law, continuing the firm’s mission of principled, thoughtful advocacy for individuals, families, and employers. Ms. Wilkowski guides clients through complex and personal immigration matters. Her practice includes employment-based and family-based immigration, investor and professional visas, the PERM process, naturalization, etc. Ms. Wilkowski earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. A standout collegiate athlete, she was named Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year, State Farm All-America Honorable Mention, and Hamline’s Female Athlete of the Year. In 2023, she was inducted into the Hamline University Athletic Hall of Fame. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
