Established in 1983, Polatsek, Counsellors-at-Law, has focused its practice exclusively in the area of US Immigration and Nationality matters. Our representation includes detailed planning and prosecution of applications for US immigration benefits before United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, United States Department of Labor, Executive Office for Immigration Review and the US Department of State at American Consulates around the world.

OUR SERVICES
We evaluate, prepare and file applications and petitions for temporary (nonimmigrant) and permanent (immigrant) employment in the United States as well as all family-related immigrant petitions, removal proceedings, citizenship and naturalization matters.
OUR FEE STRUCTURE
Our fee structure, as is the common practice in our specialty, is one of flat fees (as opposed to hourly charges) for specific matters. Fees are fixed based on the specific visa classification sought. The fees reflect the complexity of individual matters as well as the projected volume of matters we are assigned. We accept cash, check, credit card or wire transfer payments.
