Panmela Oliveira

Ms. Panmela Oliveira was born in Brazil and immigrated to the United States when she was 14 years old. As such, she is fluent in both English and Portuguese. She is now a proud U.S. Citizen and has adopted this country as her own. Panmela discovered her passion for immigration law since she started working exclusively in this area since 2017. Panmela believes that everyone should be offered the opportunity to live the American dream. Also, being an immigrant herself, she can relate to the client’s needs and understands the importance of immigration law practice.

As a seasoned paralegal, Ms. Oliveira supports the attorneys at Polatsek, Counsellors at Law by preparing and processing family-based and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. In addition to filing petitions and applications with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), she also has extensive experience with preparing motions and applications for relief for clients in removal proceedings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR).

In her spare time, Panmela enjoys traveling and spending time with her son and friends. She also loves the beach.
