Yadira Anderson

Yadira Anderson started working at Polatsek Counsellors at Law in June 2023. She identifies with the firm’s values of highest standards and intensive preparation.

Mrs. Anderson was born in Cuba, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology at the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies in Havana. After graduating, she worked for over six years as a Weather Forecaster. She is passionate about languages; she studied English, French, and Portuguese. She is fluent in Spanish, as her native language.

After working at a law firm in the U.S., she realized that the law would be her second path to follow. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Law from the Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, VA.

Over the course of time, she has gained experience in the Immigration Field. She has worked with business entrepreneurs, prepared family-based and non-immigrant visa applications, as well as assisted with Removal Proceedings. She has particular enthusiasm for Treaty Trader and Investor Visas. She finds Immigration Law fascinating and loves helping others to legally pursue the American dream.

She loves spending time with her family and travelling.
